5280 Burger Bar & Creamery offers a chef-driven menu using the highest-quality seasonal ingredients from Colorado. This is their first restaurant in Colorado. The 5280 Burger Bar menu includes “Never Ever” Colorado beef, in-season local produce, homemade American cheese, and buns made fresh in house all day long. Each burger has its own homemade sauces and toppings. They also make their own ice cream and have an attached gourmet creamery, along with a full bar. Their alcoholic ice cream shakes offer an adult twist on the traditional milkshake. The creamery offers sixteen flavors of ice cream, eight everyday flavors and eight rotating flavors, all managed by a full-time ice cream chef.
